I just discovered PasswordMaker, and I think it is an excellent product. I have a question about how the master password is encrypted when it is stored on disk. What is the key that is used to encrypt the Master Password? Is it the master password itself, or some default key built into PasswordMaker? If someone was able to copy my password.rdf file with the encrypted master password stored on disk, would they then be able to use this file with their copy of PasswordMaker and login into all my accounts? Is the purpose of the encryption solely to avoid anyone from actually reading the text of the master password (which could be bypassed by using the export command)? I'm trying to figure out if I want to use this feature or not. Thanks for your help, and for such a great product.
