Trying to use this product with my online banking.  Get an error that I can't changed to a hash password.  does this mean is unusable here?

Hi Sean,

It sounds like there are characters in the password which your bank site doesn't like. To fix this, change the "characters" field in Advanced Options->Defaults->Page 2 Tab->Characters.

In the drop-down, select one of the alphanumeric-only character sets (or type your own)... make sure there isn't anything but letters and numbers.

Now the generated password should be accepted by any website...
