auto-select correct custom account

When PM is opened (Alt~ or click on ring) have the applicable custom account highlighted (the group would be expanded in order to highlight the account)

If there's no custom account, highlight the default account.

This gives a clean visual indication of which account will generate the password.

If you right-click on the field in the window you need the password the Menu has the options of 'Populate With PasswordMaker', 'PsswordMaker CoolKey' and 'Open PasswordMaker'.  You can also use the "GoldKey", it is in the 'CustomToolBar' and can be added next to the 'GoldRing'.  It will perfrom the function you have set in the 'AdvOpt' 'GlobalSettings'.
