This FR is a result of the discussion in
this thread, started by Kevin, and later by waily....
In short, the request is to add the ability to specify a different username/'Use the following text...' for each pattern that is specified. This will allow you to have a single account, with multiple unique username/'Use the following text...' pairs for each Pattern specified in the 'URLs' Tab.
There is still question of how the 'Using text...' will be included - ie, will it only use the 'Calculated URL'? Or will the user be able to specify an arbitrary text string, like they can now?
