Version For Opera

I have used Firefox and Password maker over the last few years, but would like to try Opera, and was wondering is there or will there be an Opera Version.

I don't think anytime in the near future, at least. It would have to be written from scratch, and I think there is much more demand for an IE version, but you are welcome to make this an official Feature Request and I'll be happy to add your vote for it.

Eric? What is the likelihood of this happening?

Opera does support widgets, but our resources are limited enough as it is. I don't think it would have to be written "from scratch" -- a lot of the JS code could be reused -- but unless someone else is willing to make significant contributions towards it right now, it won't happen for a while.

p.s. tanstaafl, please make this a feature request with a vote from whiteflyer. Thanks.

Is it possible to make an opera version that isn't a widget? Widgets run unbearably slow on my computer, plus I miss having the hotkey in firefox.

Heh. We'll never be able to make everyone happy. Just not possible. Anyone for a Google Gadget?  How about one of these widget engines?

I'd love a Google Gadget!  Is this something you are currently working on?
