bug in 1.4.4 Beta

I was checking out some of the new features of 1.4.4 beta and I wanted to add some extra fields. When I add them, click OK, then re-open the account settings again, they vanish!
Am I using it wrong or misunderstanding the feature?

That tab will be active in 1.5... I'm working on it now.
