Master password strength

As a low priority, could the "strength" of the master password be displayed?  And is there a maximum length or character set for the master password?

Yes, I can do that.

Currently there is a maximum password length which is based on the selected algorithm and radix (the radix is equivalent to the size of the character set), but those maximums will go away in a future release.
