FF 1.5 RC 1
« on: November 02, 2005, 03:40:59 AM »
Eric, please help.  PM does not seem to be compatible with FF 1.5 RC1.  What to do, what to do ?

I just installed RC1 and found, much to my surprise, that PM won't work.  I had installed beta 2 at work and had no problems.  However, I installed RC1 here at home, which must have come out since I left work and found that PM is not compatible.

I know. I'll release another upgrade today with the compatibility version number bumped.

Thanks Eric.  I could,ve kicked myself yesterday, when I installed it and realized that it didn't work.  Normally, I am very careful about installing upgrades, but yesterday, I installed beta 1 here at the office and it worked fine, so I thought that RC 1 wouldn't cause any prolems, but it did.  Go figure.    :googly:

Also, I was just checking for updates with my extension manager, the one that comes default with FF 1.5, and noticed that some extensions have a nice little icon next to them.  I think it might be a nice touch, if you could figure out how to do this for PWM.

Just a thought.

How is the compatibiliy update for PWM, the version bump, coming along?

Done. Now I'm sure Lkon will complain his feature request didn't make it.

Eric, you beat me to it.  In my message to you, I said that I would post the update news here, but you beat me to it.  Too bad, so sad.

Works beautifully, again.  Thanks a lot Eric for the quick reply / response.  I wish all the other extension makers would be as quick as you are.   ;)
