Break the 'Account-Specific' Settings (and 'Defaults' of course) window into Tabs...

Suggested initial break-up of data:

Put the Account Name, Notes/Description, URL and Username fields on the 'Main' Tab, and the Encryption stuff (leet, Algorithm, etc) on an 'Encryption Options' Tab.

This will allow for a much less cluttered Account Settings window, and allow for lots of growth too.
