special characters

i would like to use special characters for any website that will allow them.  is there a way to automatically add special characters to the character list.  i am stuck manually adding extra characters.  How about having an option where several sets of characters are stored in the program, and the user can add/remove sets of characters to the character list to be used to generate the password.  in the mean-time, where can i find a list of special characters that i can copy/paste into the character list.

FYI--I just finished implementing both of these. They are about to be released. No ability to add/delete your own-predefined set to the list in this first implementation.
