No, that's not the implication and we should have changed the release numbering some time ago. PasswordMaker has been around since late 2004. The reason it started with 0.1 numbering was because of the Firefox/Mozilla (and open-source in general) backlash against companies who have products numbering 12.0 and 14.0 even though they may have been around only a few years.
Very shortly PasswordMaker will increase to 1.0 and then, unfortunately, people will think it's brand-new :reallysad:
