I looked into this more and this likely isn't going to be "fixed." It's just too low of a priority for me to worry about right now. :)

It definitely isn't a problem for me...

As an aside, I got rid of Ext2Abc completely (all it did was sort the extensions), and am now using MR Tech's Local Install extension. This is a great extension manager add-on, for anyone who wasn't already aware of it.
