scrollbar missing in accounts- default screen.

In firefox go to tools-password maker-open password maker
then accounts then double click "default"

I spent a few minutes searching for how to close the window because it opened up too small to show the "okay" and "cancel" buttons.
If there was a scrollbar everyone would know there is more to see.

Minor bug, yeah - but just resize the window and it remembers...

Hm, doesn't happen for me on Ubuntu. Must investigate when I have a moment.
