Where to find the passwordmaker specification?
« on: September 20, 2008, 08:35:27 AM »
Hi,

I want to implement passwordmaker on my own, but I can't find something like a specification. Is there something like this available or do I need to use an other implementation as example?

Not sure what you mean by 'implement PWM on your own'... can you elaborate? Maybe you could simply help Eric out and contribute to the project?

Anyway, PWM is licensed under the LGPL, and the source code is available from here.

Since there were no paying clients, there is no requirements document with formal specifications :) If you'd like to fund such an endeavor, please contact me via email. Otherwise, the Javascript code itself is the specification. The online edition is quite small and readable, so I'd recommend looking at that rather than the Firefox edition. The mobile edition is small and compact, too.
