PHP/Mobile Edition 1.5 released

First, if you're reading this, and are wondering about the Wiki, we're told it was a traffic issue. A request has been sent to hopefully get everything back to normal.

Anyway, as it was reported here, the PHP/Mobile editions wanted to use the broken HMAC-SHA-256 version 1.5.1 algorithm instead of the correct version. This release is meant to fix that. You can download 1.5 from the SourceForge Download Page

As always, report any bugs you may find.
