Update went wrong

I just updated my firefox to 1.0.6 and one of the critical updates avaliable was for the password maker.  After installing teh update for the password maker, the program didn't load right.

it looks liek this now


I don't know what happened.  

Any suggestions?

as you can see there is anotehr text entry field on teh right side covereing the tabs

Hi Chewy,

That's strange. No one has reported this error before. Rather than trying to debug the issue, how difficult would it be for you to uninstall PasswordMaker and install it from scratch? You won't lose any settings by doing this, but in case you're worried you can always save your settings first using File->Export Settings from the Advanced Settings dialog.

Thanks for the quick response.  how would i uninstall it?  I dont see it in my add/remove programs section.

  • Start Firefox and (on Windows) go to Tools->Extensions
  • Select PasswordMaker
  • Click the Uninstall button
  • Restart Firefox
That's it! Now reinstall from here
