When an URL is linked to several accounts, currently you see a window from which you select the entry. I would imagine for most users, the average number of multiple accounts linked to an URL will be in low 10s and not 100s where the lists are useful.
It will be easier to press the hotkey(Alt-`) repeatedly until you see the correct values as the code cycles through the choices filling both username and passwords (as well as any Auto-Populate fields).
