oh, and yes, if there is something i can add to userchrome.css, i would like to know
In about:config or userchrome.css, add a new boolean with name

Code: [Select]
browser.toolbars.showbutton.passwordmaker
and value false. Restart the browser. I tested it and the toolbar button is gone. You can use this technique to show/hide any toolbar button.

Let me know if that works for you. I'll have a nicer way to do it in a future release.

There shouldn't be a link to 0.7.3 at all yet. :) Thanks for letting me know; I'll remove it.

p.s. I'll add the "How to hide the toolbar icon in Mozilla/Netscape" question to the FAQ.

Hi.  If you add to the FAQ...

I dont know if userchrome.css accepts the preference, but i know you can add the preference to about:config or a user.js
