1)  For some reason the generated password field isn't exactly generating a password.

2)  Is it possible to have a selection list, or something, of possible character sets?  Some sites don't allow things like !, so I just want the capitalized and un-capitalized alphabets, as well as numbers.  I'm sure there are many people who would want to use one of only several character lists, and frankly while I'm away from the Fox I don't want to have to type all that in.  Any way you could do this?  Possibly I could just download the html files (which need updated), and then just set the form default to what I want.

3)  You need to update the download of the html and js files, so I can possibly do this.

4)  You rock, this is awesome.

Hi rla128,
I know the online form is out-of-date. It hasn't been updated since 0.6. I am working on it this weekend, and it should be uploaded to the website by the end of the weekend.

I will add some pre-defined character sets to the online form so you don't have to type them in every time.

Thanks,
Eric

On a related note,

Is there any chance you could add some pre-defined character sets that the user could add to or chose from?  Maybe you could implement this as an additional tab.

Some suggestions for the predefined sets would be:

1) qwerty keyboard layout
2) The current default - ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZabcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz0123456789`~!@#$%^&*()_-+={}|[]\:";'<>?,./
3) 0123456789abcdef
4) Just letters and numbers
5) Just (special characters, lowercase, etc.)

Just to clarify, I am talking about the extension, but you could add it to the online version, too.

Yes, that's an excellent idea. Do you happen to know HTML and Javascript? If you write it, I'll put it up on the online version (crediting you, of course). Also, once it's written in Javascript and HTML, it's trivial for me to convert it to use in the extension--so you're code would definitely be in the extension, as well.

Would appreciate any help.

By the way, the online version is now up-to-date with 0.7.

Huh?  Who are you talking to?  Me?

If its me, then yes, mostly, to HTML.  No way to Javascript.

Course I'm talkin' to you.

OK, well, this will be put on the backburner for a bit, then. I'm so friggin' busy with PasswordMaker and my regular job and my home life, I don't know which way gravity pulls anymore.

edit: I really could use another volunteer, even if it's just for HTML and Javascript stuff.

I would be proud to volunteer.

I'm going to have to learn a bit of javascript, but a quick Google search turns up plenty of tutorials.

I hope you're doing well on 0.8
