Title: Import to Online PasswordMAker
Post by: Bob Wartell on December 21, 2005, 03:41:05 AM
In the manual it says that I can export my settings from my computer version of PasswordMaker, and import them to the online version. However, the online import has not been implemented.

The reason this would be important to me is that when I travel, I use borrowed computers to visit many websites that I have registered on. I carry a list of my login IDs and passwords in my Palm Tungsten E2, in SplashID, a password protected database. I don't have to remember login information, but I do have to keep it with me.

I thought that using PasswordMaker would allow me to login to the sites I use without having to use my data list. I'd be able to generate passwords on my home computer, import them into the online PasswordMaker, and then use the online version to help me login to the various sites from anywhere.

Have I overlooked something here? Does anyone else have the same need?

Thanks.

Tyrantmizer, can you add this to the FRL?

Thanks,
Eric

It has already been added.

I interpreted this as a vote.
