Title: Prepend/append to password automatically

In addition to the counter/username options,  I would like to see an option where PM automatically prepends/appends a phrase or something to the passwords.  It would be even cooler if both the prepend and append phrase had their own level of l33t.

This would also solve this guy's (http://s11.invisionfree.com/PasswordMaker/index.php?showtopic=53&view=findpost&p=327300) problem (which gave me the idea for this feature).

The prepend / append letter(s) option works great.  It has been very nicely implemented.  I was kind of hesitant to install beta 3, but once I read that you added that option, I just had to get it, beta 3, that is.      :P
