hi can someone explain me why i get two different passwords while using the same settings, the same master password ecc. for the extension and the online version? tnx

Check your characters field, it must match the characters field from your extensions settings verbatim. If even one character is out of place in any way, you will have a different password.

There's a bug discussed somewhere else on the forums that explains the Firefox plugin is missing a slash or backslash by default whereas the online version has the slash or backslash. You have to manually add it until the next release...

yeah the extension version lacks the backslash. Adding it manually resolves the problem. Tnx for the help
