Title: those +*!!!! custom accounts
Post by: Garry on January 18, 2008, 08:04:36 AM
hello there, after migrating to Linux recently and specifically Ubuntu, i found the one thing i found i missed in windows was roboform to manage all my web passwords and logins' so I was very excited to come across password maker. but as a newbie, i am having trouble setting it up. in particular setting up custom accounts.I have a set up a disposable yahoo account to get things right with a specific user name which is different from my default one. This is the scenario i will face with financial sites that have already supplied me with unique customer id's etc. when i visit such sites the populate key keeps populating the blank fields on my yahoo site with my default settings. eventhough i have made use of the auto populate options. its as though password maker is not recognizing the site that it is on. I hope someone can help me here. thanks garry

Hi Garry,

For the custom account, what have you entered for URL patterns? The only way passwordmaker can distinguish between a custom account and a default is by your specification of URL patterns.
