Title: Remove "on disk and in memory" option?
Post by: Eric H. Jung on September 29, 2007, 12:22:37 AM
Now that we can store the master password hash on disk, does it make sense to keep the option to store the master password on disk? It is not very secure, although it does provide the convenience of not having to enter your master password. I'd be curious to know how many people use this option.

Well, I'm an advance user, and I don't use this at all!

I'm sure there's at least one user who uses it.

Me neither... since I use different master passwords, it doesn't make sense for me, but I can definitely see how some people might like and use both...
