Title: Window bar issue with Netscape 8

I am posting this message per the recommendation of Eric Jung.

After installing PasswordMaker 0.9.1 in Netscape 8.04, I noticed a peculiar thing going on with the window bar the first time I open PasswordMaker - It does not appear.  The menu bar is there, and if I do one of two things this problem goes away.

1) View - Advanced.
2) File - Exit, then reopen.

After I do one of the above, PasswordMaker is graphically fine.  If I exit Netscape, this process starts over again.  I only see this in Netscape 8, and it has been an issue with both 8.0.3.3 and 8.04.

Jeff, thanks for posting the bug. I'm working on a fix and will post a reply here when it's ready.

I am sure you know this already, but just in case...

I saw that you had a newer version available - v1.1.  The problem is still there.  I realize this is not the fix but I thought I would give it a try just in case.   :D
