Title: PwdMaker lacks small icon

The toolbar icon for PasswordMaker lacks a small version to use with the small iconset.

Thus, having Passwordmaker installed effectively prevents the use of small icons in the toolbar.

Experienced with the 0.6 release.

That's true. Sorry for the inconvenience. I've added it the bug to the list (http://passwordmaker.mozdev.org/featurerequests.html).
