Title: PHP/Mobile Edition 1.5 released

First, if you're reading this, and are wondering about the Wiki, we're told it was a traffic issue. A request has been sent to hopefully get everything back to normal.

Anyway, as it was reported here (http://forums.passwordmaker.org/index.php/topic,1484.0.html), the PHP/Mobile editions wanted to use the broken HMAC-SHA-256 version 1.5.1 algorithm instead of the correct version. This release is meant to fix that. You can download 1.5 from the SourceForge Download Page (http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=158071&package_id=185934&release_id=594003)

As always, report any bugs you may find.

Nice work. The main site (http://passwordmaker.org) is back up.
