Now the settings dialog is active. Only thing missing with it is the remote server settings, special domain handling, and having these settings import/exported to the RDF (Won't work on this part until I get a decent way to deal with the tree view. Stupid lack of XPath)
Unless I switch gears before then, I hope to have the global settings from the RDF importable and exportable for a 4.1 release, but until there, just test to see if you can find any bugs.
