Title: Strange behavior
Post by: eladner on February 13, 2007, 02:25:26 PM
I have an account set up for my personal banking (wachovia.com) and when I go there, the autofill doesn't work.  What's more, when using the hot key (Alt-~), it doesn't correctly recognize the URL part, even though it's clearly listed on the account specific settings window for that account.  I have to open up PWM and select that account to get it to generate the right password, then clipboard it into the password field.

Using FF 2.0, Ubuntu (same behavior on Windows with FF 2.0, though).

Any hints?

Can you post exactly what you have in the pattern field?

Also, be sure it is actually in the PATTERN field, and not the pattern NAME field (I did that once)...

I don't have a pattern, just "wachovia.com" in the "use url" field and "automatically fill" checked on the same panel.

Ahh.. now I see.  I couldn't figure out why GMail worked and Wachovia didn't, then I saw the pattern in the GMail one and the comment "Automatically converted for 1.6 upgrade" in the comment field.

Problem solved.  Keep moving - nothing to see here...

Glad you figured it out.
