Title: PM 2.5 Javascript-Edition - Missing tips.html

Dunno what happened, but after the upgrade to 2.5, it seems, that the tips got external and are not included anymore. Sure, i can rip the tips.html from the version here, but it should be corrected in the next releases :)

Sorry, code was copied in a somewhat blind way from the on-line edition. Too much changes were made or something.
