Title: Multiple RDF files...
Post by: tanstaafl on November 22, 2008, 04:54:02 PM
Ok, this is something that has bugged me for a long time...

I would LOVE to see PWM have the ability to work with multiple RDF files... simply have them aggregate, whenever they are present...

PWM would have to be redesigned to simply read any file that had an .rdf extension, and somehow 'assemble' them into a single coherent view.

This way I could have a 'Client1' RDF file, with all of the settings for accounts related to Client1 (think routers/switches, printers, gateways, fileservers, mail servers, SSH logins, etc, etc) in one file, and same for 'Client2' and 'Personal', and 'Family', etc etc...

Maybe the same thing (or similar) could apply if PWM were redesigned to use sqlite files...
