Title: PasswordMaker and Mozilla (not Firefox)
Post by: Eric H. Jung on May 15, 2005, 12:41:51 AM
A couple people have written to my personal email address asking if PasswordMaker could work with Mozilla. Actually, the first two or three versions did work with Mozilla. I discontinued Mozilla compatibility only because it required more testing before each release, and it didn't seem like anyone was using PasswordMaker on Mozilla.

However, now that I've received these requests, I will definitely reinstate Mozilla compatibility (it's actually quite simple). Expect this shortly after 0.6 is released...0.6 is a major release which supports multiple accounts ("usernames") per site, "date counters" for expiring passwords, and configurable settings on a per-site basis (e.g., you can choose a password length of 8 characters for yahoo.com but 15 characters for gmail.com).
