Title: Allow Installation to Profile

I'd like to request that PasswordMaker be installed either by default or by choice to the profile instead of under the application.

For me, I want to be able to install PM without having to force it on everyone else;  not everyone likes to use extensions.

Oh, and to continue to support Mozilla Suite users! :-)

Hi trephin,

I can add that to the install.js pretty easily -- it used to be there but I took it out. Will have it in the next release for you!
