Very nice, especially the URL and l33t features.
It would be nice if there was a "reset" since you have to manually re-enter the characters field if you clear it.

This was requested on the Widget Gallery comments and I think its a great idea.

This was completed in PasswordMaker for Yahoo! Widgets Version 1.2.
