I would like to know if there is a version for Windows Mobile.

Nothing official, but if there's a browser on that platform that supports JavaScript, it might work with the on-line edition. There is a mobile version that is meant to work for all mobile platforms.

I would like to load the exported settings, because sometimes I change them.

If there is an application for WinMo it will be very good, or a java application

Sorry, there isn't one for Windows Mobile. There is a java edition, but I don't think it is completely finished.
