Title: Context menu seperator

I beleive that after I disable the All-in-one sidebar context menu it leaves a seperator at the very bottom.

Also, could you pop up a box when you first install it asking if I want it there? Thx

Have you tried MenuEditor (http://menueditor.mozdev.org/)? It allows you to configure menus however you like.
