Title: Drag and drop Accounts

The ability to drag an Account from one Group to another would be appreciated.
i.e. rearranging Groups as the Accounts grow.

yes!  I created a bunch of accouts and it irks me that they're not in alphabetical order; can't even drag 'em to sort 'em.

Drag and drop has already been requested.  You can go vote for it btw.  Sorting the list I do not believe has been requested.

Added as "Sort the Accounts list" to the FRL
