I am just trying out your extension 0.5.1 but am having some problem as nothing I see on screen matches your screenshots.

Firstly, there is no icon on the toolbar quite the same as yours. On mine there is a very small padlock on the background of a page with the top right corner turned down.

If I click on this, or on the tools menu item, I get no option to enter a master password. What I get is a dialogue box titled "Create Secure Password", with some odd options like "Both Hands", "Left Hand", "Right Hand". Afraid its all gobbledegook to me.

Can anyone enligten a poor benighted old fool?

You've installed the wrong extension. You're describing the SecurePassword Generator (http://extensionroom.mozdev.org/more-info/securepassword) extension
