Hey, I have been attmpting to keep my system up to date and could not go from v0.9.1 to 1.3.1. So I did the 1.2 and was side tracked and did not get back until today and now have the 1.3.1. When I tride the big jump to the 1.3.1 nothing would work, the download just sat there without doing anything, now it is working.
