I wonder why it won't work?

I wonder if there's a way to debug the download process the extension part of FireFox uses? Maybe it's getting the wrong size from the server or something.

Using the TamperData extension, I see the following data when the download fails:

It's interesting that the HTTP status code is 206... I'm researching why.
