Mobile responsive version

Using the PasswordMaker online version is pretty difficult on a mobile phone, so I started a new version that is currently served from https://adamghill.github.io/passwordmaker/. I'm still tweaking and it definitely needs some more improvements, but I figured it might be usable as-is right now. If you want to help out, please send along PRs or make issues at https://github.com/adamghill/passwordmaker.

Ada, that's awesome! I tried adding it to http://passwordmaker.org (in the side bar), but I get this error:
Warning: The database has been locked for maintenance, so you will not be able to save your edits right now. You may wish to cut-n-paste the text into a text file and save it for later.
The administrator who locked it offered this explanation: It appears something is broken, so the wiki is in Read Only Mode until the attack is blocked, or an up to date version of the wiki is installed
Miquel, do you remember why we did that? Can it be temporarily removed just so we can add this link then turned back on?

We did that because we are in serious need to update the wiki software. We can remove it temporarily. I forgot what the setting is to do so.

Well, if you forgot the setting, and I don't have access to do it... now what?

I changed it. I will turn it back on later.
I would really love to ditch the wiki and use something like Github pages. It's just the amount of work to convert stuff...
