where is the cookie?

I am running windows 7.  I cannot find the cookie from the on-line version anywhere.  I need to look at it to find out whether it will tell me what all my settings are, or if I need to write them down in a separate place. 

Any help is appreciated.

User Directory\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<random text>.default\cookies.sqlite (Note, need a sqlite browser to read that)
