Not all 'username' fields are detected by PasswordMaker. You may need to use the advance auto-populate tab for that.

Could you provide a link to the page?

Also: be sure you've set up a URL pattern for the web site, checked "auto-populate" checkbox for that account, and entered a username on the third tab of Account Settings. But please do provide the URL as miquel asks, and we'll figure out the problem and/or tell you what to do.

Ok,

is a bank link, http://www.desjardins.com/en/index.jsp?setcookies=1 .  The next link is AccèsD at the up left corner.   After clic on it, you see the username, after enter it, a next page open and show the password to fill.

...thank

The field's name is "card_num" (7 tables deep... Really poor web design there.)

I try for this account on the passwordmaker window, writing in fourth tab more infos ( card number ).  But when I open the windows, passwordmaker pop up but don't fill up - it said : passwordmaker can't write this infos bla bla bla -.  I erase this info, and on the third tab I write this famous card number at the username field.

Nothing.  ??

I can't even get to the 2nd page no matter how I try. I just see "Card number: 4540" and a blank space.

That is the login page with the "user name". At least as far as I know.
