Using the release downloaded from addons.mozilla about 5 minutes ago (1.3) the tooltip for the Coolkey option shows whatever tooltip was shown last.
So, if I hovered long enough for the tooltip for Autoclear clipboard to show, then that's the tooltip that is being shown for the Coolkey option as well.

Can you tell me where you see this? The toolbar icon? The Global Settings tab?

I don't see it anymore, so perhaps it was just a random thing...
