Are the "Prefix" & "Suffix" fields used to disguise the actual length and where the password really begains?

If you change any part of this information entered in the "Advanced Options" will make changes to the password in the output.  What fields do we need to watch out for so if anything is changed it will not influence the output?

TIA,

Hi LkonKbd,

Not really. Some people always wanted their passwords to start or end with a certain number or letter, so "prefix" and "suffix" are there for them.

If you make prefix "123", then the generated password always starts with 123. If you make suffix "abc" then the generated password always ends with abc.

Every field in the Account Settings dialog (see here for more info) influences the output ("generated password") and, of course, so does the Master Password.

Hope that helps,
Eric

"Eric",

As usual your replys are right to the point, not like mine wandering all over before finding the EXIT.

Thank you CU L8R,
